Error when loading \optimize

Hello, I'm loading the `\optimize[density=150, quality=30]` option to reduce the compilation time for a large photo-book. However, although I have installed Imagemagick. I get the following error: `Class pagelayout Error: ImageMagick not installed. Any help to troubleshoot the problem would be appreciated.
