FirstPersonControls: R F keys no longer work.

### Description See code at https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/blob/dev/examples/jsm/controls/FirstPersonControls.js#L474-L475 Claude changed up and down from R F keys to Q E keys. This doesn't feel intuitive at all. And I didn't see any comment about discussing this change in the releases either.
