Breaking change: `defaultPackage` -> `packages`

Running `flake update`, the `defaultPackage` output doesn't exist anymore. It has been introduced in: https://github.com/numtide/nix-gl-host/commit/e3954ab0a7bef289c277c63c9beb25ef3c9dc5ca Is it intentional? Then the readme should be updated to reflect the change?
