How are package updates managed after removing `wolfictl check updates`?

Hi! 👋 I saw that wolfictl check updates was removed in [this PR](https://github.com/wolfi-dev/wolfictl/pull/1132), and I wanted to ask how package updates are being handled now. Has this functionality been moved to another open source tool, or is it now being managed through a private/internal process? Thanks in advance!
