rename PaUtil_AllocateMemory to PaUtil_AllocateZeroInitializedMemory

No sure which version of PortAudio is required so I got the latest from Github and it's appear PaUtil_AllocateMemory does not exist anymore and has been replaced by PaUtil_AllocateZeroInitializedMemory.
