CATT causing OOM issue

log snippet attached showing a huge number of concurrent CATT processes running. This resulted in the HA container crashing because it ran out of memory. This is running on dedicated hardware - Intel n100 with 16GB of RAM. I'm not sure where in the logs to see why these are being created though.
