Label upcasing is incorrect for Turkish

I don’t speak Turkish myself, but I’m familiar with the dotted I/dotless I –thing, and the new style currently gets this wrong: <img width="170" height="228" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d42e6315-47bc-4121-8632-29d13e443d0e" /> Unless I’m mistaken, the top label should say “KIRŞEHİR”. Don’t know if this is the style or tilekiln or something else, but reporting this somewhere to start with is still helpful, I hope.
