[Feature request] OBS-VKCapture

First off, thank you for finally releasing an appimage of Steam! As a person who sometimes stream and record using OBS Studio I use something called [OBS-VKCapture](https://github.com/nowrep/obs-vkcapture) that hooks into any Vulkan game/application and relays the same video to OBS Studio for minimal performance hit. Any chance this could be implemented? I run a minimal, immutable distro (openSUSE Aeon) where it's not really advised to "natively install" packages, so something like this could be nice to have. (I realise you can also use Flatpak-Steam, but Gamescope is broken on it, which I also need for some problematic games.) Thank you!
