reddit.com: nuisance

Seems to be related to how long you sit on a page, after a few seconds or sometimes a minute it pops up. Refreshing the page takes it away for another 5-30 seconds or so. It makes the site unusable, (unable to scroll etc) ( Similar to instagram / facebook.
