[Feature Request] Way to configure datapack version

I'm planning to create a Purpur server on 26.1.2 and have been creating a ton of worlds via the Fabric version (client, not a Fabric server) to find the perfect config, but when I finally got one — there was no way to implement it into the datapack version. Even when I modified some .json files inside it, the changes had no visible effect on world generation (the biggest problem is that I can't change max height). It would be great to have the possibility to use the same .json config file from the mod version, or a structured guide for datapack custom configuration, similar to: https://github.com/Apollounknowndev/tectonic/wiki/Config However, all problems would be solved by porting the mod to Bukkit/Folia/Paper/Purpur/Spigot, but I do not have enough experience or knowledge to assess the complexity of that.
