[Feature request for 26.2] an option to increase the height limit

Im trying to make a big map using a high vertical scale, and the mountains look flat if using voxy, i want that spiky look like a real mountain. I've tried using a heigh increase datapack, but the generation still cant generate pass the previous height limit
