[Wolfi Package Update]: Back port nftables 1.1.1 Add JSON output support

### Package name nftables ### Current version in Wolfi 1.1.5 ### Requested version 1.1.1 Add JSON output support ### Upstream project URL https://netfilter.org/projects/nftables ### Problem Hello, could we back port the following fix to a 1.1.1 nftables package epoch and build ? https://github.com/wolfi-dev/os/pull/73340 We are facing other issues using nftables 1.1.2 and above package in https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/58492 So we pinned the version of nftables package to 1.1.1 when installing it in a wolfi base image. We are missing that JSON output feature in 1.1.1 (https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/58964). The fix of this error has been merged in https://github.com/wolfi-dev/os/pull/73340 However, the fix is only in nftables 1.1.3 and above now. We still need to pin a version 1.1.1 package. Could you help back port it and let us know a newer nftables 1.1.1-rx build version when it's available ?
