Add Nouveau dmem cgroup patch

CachyOS recently started including Natalie Vock's VRAM eviction patches in their kernel builds. I think this is a great step for gaming on Linux and hope that its inclusion on a somewhat popular kernel helps it reach mainline sooner :) However, support is only implemented for AMDGPU and Xe at the moment. I was wondering if it would be in the interests of CachyOS to include Vock's patch to enable this behavior for Nouveau: https://lore.kernel.org/dri-devel/20260410081322.5577-1-natalie.vock@gmx.de/T/#u I understand Nouveau is not widely used or viable for everyday use yet. This would be more helpful for testing and benchmark purposes. My own testing of the standard v4 CachyOS kernel shows no regressions with the patch applied so far.
