Hi, there is a potential bug in `zip_file_rename` when the filename is the empty string. This bug was reproduced on https://github.com/nih-at/libzip/commit/e16526dbb751dc31129b32ba667ce6aed5c42f97. ### Description When `zip_file_rename` is used to rename a file with an empty name, it reads out-of-bounds when checking if the previous file was a directory. Specifically here: https://github.com/nih-at/libzip/blob/e16526dbb751dc31129b32ba667ce6aed5c42f97/lib/zip_file_rename.c#L55-L59 The pattern `name[strlen(name) - 1]` reads out of bounds if `name` is
