Support for hosting/joining games

I've been playing gzdoom multiplayer with my friends, but I have to create a separate shortcut for it which is cumbersome and the only reason I have gzdeck. If the ability to add custom commands or just a toggleable join or host button was added, it would greatly improve the versatility of the launcher
