Change IWADs path and multiple MODS path

It would be cool to customize the IWADs path, and also to have multiple MODS path. I find it a bit strange this isn't already possible and should be fairly easy to implement. Maybe, a better idea would be to parse the file gzdoom.ini to get at least the default.
