Adding referencing answers support

Is it possible to add numbered cells and add support to call them back like in Mathematica for example? Example: [ 1 ] 1 + 4 5 [ 2 ] 1 m -> cm 100 cm [ 3 ] 16 / 4 4 [ 4 ] %2 100 cm
