Provide a working list of deps

Hi! Can anyone provide a working list of dependencies for fine-tuning on cord-like custom dataset? I am trying to run the code using the MPS accelerator on Macbook Pro M3, nothing helps, error after error and fixing one error raises another. Impressed with what Donut can do and want to replicate on my custom data, HELP!
