[Issue]: Windows File Explorer "Sync" Icons Gone

### **Summary**
It would appear that, with the latest update for Windows (6.4.0.2), the "sub-icons" that sit next to the file icons in Windows File Explorer are no longer there. MEGA does appear to be syncing, though, at least from what I can tell by looking at the tray icon and the Transfer Manager.
As an aside, it would appear that the app now tries to show a splash logo before opening up any of the screens found in the tray icon's context menu. It seems to hold things up and all I see is a black square, anyway. We know what we're opening.

I don't know. I just updated the app and found this change in appearance.
