[BUG] Heavy lag when trying to explore with CTOV

**Describe the bug** Heavy Lag when trying to explore world. Log spams jigsaw error with waystones **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1. Load custom modpack with waystones and ctov 2. Load into world 3. Not enough Trials had an incompat with lithostitched, and was fixed in a patch. that patch couldve broken something with waystones and ctov
