list-available to show toolchain checksums

In some instances, users and integrations might want to keep track of toolchain checksums. It should be possible to find these checksums using the `swiftly list-available` with a field in the JSON output. If there's enough room in the plain text output then it can be outputted there too beside the toolchain version.
