glow PlayerScoreboardChangedEvent

### Expected behavior Info per lo sviluppatore: Su Paper 26.1.2-66 l'evento io.papermc.paper.event.player.PlayerScoreboardChangedEvent non è disponibile, quindi il Glow usa il fallback task (ogni 40 tick). Il plugin funziona correttamente.
