[BUG] Command palette freeze with inconcluded termination

Sometimes, when I do something through Command Palette (`>`), that palette starts freezing and becomes unusable. When restarting ecode to resolve, a window won't spawn as an orphan/background process is left that has to be manually killed before ecode may be started again. I have had this issue once and then not for quite a while just to encounter it twice in a row within five minutes of starting ecode. I have desperately tried to recreate it since but as it seems, no obvious connection between my actions and the bug existed so, I am not yet aware of what the problem was. I have used ecode a lot since without it reoccurring yet. I am waiting for a revolving occurrence to maybe grab a log as I have sadly filled my log up to 27mb and I don't know which of these occurrences was the crash as a few weeks have passed since that where I often booted ecode for trivial reasons. I am not sure whether there is a command linked to it. Last time, it happened after usage of `toggle-line-comments`
