Savor the Sting not Heightening Properly

The Savor the Sting focus spell says: "Heightened (+1) The initial damage increases by 1d4 and the persistent damage increases by 1d4." Currently, the copy in the compendium only heightens the persistent damage, and not the initial damage as it should.
