Automatically change image=* to wikimedia_commons=* when possible

### Description Could we have iD automatically change image=* to wikimedia_commons=* when: 1. value of image=* is Commons page title or links to Commons 2. the object does not have wikimedia_commons=* already. Just like wikidata=* is automatically added? ### Screenshots _No response_
