Metadata and streams

Hey man! Sorry to see the sudden 4.0.0-alpha update, that's too bad. I hate to self promote, but [my AnimeFLV addon](https://github.com/Pigamer37/animeflv-stremio-addon) can handle MAL id's and provide both metadata and streams. I admit support is not perfect because I rely on the title of the item but it works well most of the time (I'm also making changes on another branch that will improve this once merged). Feel free to test if it works. The addon reads MAL id's as `mal:{id}`, and kitsu id's as `kitsu:{id}`. It may be a one install supplier for the time being, for people that don't/can't use Kitsu or Torrentio. Hope the issue can be solved soon!
