Hotfix: api integrations causing MAL to fail when fetching meta and streams

This fixes (hopefully temporarily) the issue faced when trying to fetch anime metadata and torrent streams. **As of now, MAL-Stremio can no longer provide metas (metadata) and streams directly.** Previously, the addon used the Anime-Kitsu and TorrentIO's APIs to fetch meta and streams. Access from these services to MAL-Stremio (and other third-party addons, such as AIOStreams) has since been blocked by the developer of these addons. No reason was given, but this is likely due to server or usage cost concerns on their end. ### What works now MAL-Stremio will only return catalogs and meta IDs that are supported by Anime-Kitsu and other addons that can handle MyAnimeList IDs. You will still be able to browse catalogs, and track watch progress. **To fetch metada & streams, you will need to install [Anime-Kistu](https://anime-kitsu.strem.fun/) & [TorrentIO](https://torrentio.strem.fun/configure).**
