Failed to Fetch

Not sure what to put. Addon just seems to not work anymore. Was working fine then randomly got a message saying the addon was removed or disabled. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And refreshed MAL many times. Getting errors like the addon got a takedown or something.
