bug running Kubero UI on Scaleway

### Which component(s) is affected? Kubero UI ### Describe the bug I followed the steps to create all the environment for Kubero on Scaleway Kapsule but i have a Crashloop on Kubero ui pod the logs says: ``` DEBUG [DatabaseService] Running Prisma migrations...
