A stable design system

I know that I have talked about this issue before and introduced a class element approach like the one in css with a mini parser and stuff but the PR was not accepted as david-vanderson stated "dvui is not going in the css direction." which is great, I like giving enough thought into things but I'd like to have a good stable global styling system quickly to get rolling you know?
