sing-box core update is a MUST!

Hi everyone, I would like to inquire if there are any plans for a core update. For some reason, the core is nearly a year out of date, which seems to be causing a lot of bugs when using Nekoray. The current version of the song-box in Nekoray is 1.9.7, while the latest released version is 1.11.5 (almost 1.12 it's in beta testing right now). Is it really that difficult to keep the core version up to date? Alternatively, is there a tutorial available on how to manually upgrade the sing-box version? I would be happy to do it myself if possible. Thank you for your attention to my message!
