Bluetooth no longer works after 1.0.15 upgrade

**Describe the bug** Bluetooth no longer works after upgrading to 1.0.15. All worked fine before the upgrade. I am unable to turn it on through the bluetooth switch in the UX or via command line commands. Bluetooth status is active, bluetoothctl provides zero results. On the applet I can turn bluetooth on, but in settings bluetooth is still off. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: Update from 1.0.14 to 1.0.15 on a Framwork 13 laptop with AMD AI 350 chipset **Expected behavior** Working bluetooth **Desktop (please complete the following information):** - Epoch 1.0.15 **Additional context** Add any other context about the problem here.
