Application of glsl to images - request

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed GLSL can do many things to images, and change them. It works like ONNX and JSON but instead of AI instructions, GLSL tells an image to have modified filters. The GLSL language is meant to apply shaders on images. We already have AI Tools, but we don't have Shader Tools, where you apply GLSL to images instead of ONNX and ORT like the AI Tools. GLSL Tools should function like AI Tools, but instead of a library of ONNX files, it should have GLSL shaders to apply to your image, like https://docs.libretro.com/shader/crt/ and miscellaneous, and it should allow you to import shaders to apply on images too. No previous versions of Image Toolbox has ever supported GLSL, but GLSL is useful to perform on images. When GLSL updates its language, the app can be updated. Look up GLSL and Shadertoy, etc. ### Describe the solution you'd like Addition of Shader Tools / GLSL Tools to the app. ### Describe alternatives you've considered _No response_
