Crash when opening a searched hashtag timeline and scrolling a few posts

## Description A user reports that Damus crashes after opening a hashtag result from search and scrolling a small number of posts. This appears to be a long-standing issue for that user and has recently become much more frequent. ## Steps to Reproduce 1. Open Search 2. Search for `FastDiet` 3. Tap the hashtag result 4.
