Issues when upgrading from LM Xfce 21.3 to 22

I just did a mintupgrade from LM Xfce 21.3 to 22. A few observations, which currently blocks the upgrade process for average users: - [base-files and grub-efi-amd64-signed can't be upgraded](https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=425999&start=20) due to version numbering issues. - Caribou also blocks (seems to be superseeded by Onboard) - VLC is being removed during the upgrade process for unknown reasons
