Feature Request: iCalendar feed for Board meetings

Per discussion on the Members mailing list, it would be great if there were an [ical/iCalendar](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICalendar) feed available for Board meetings, to be able to have them in Outlook/etc. I certainly would volunteer to help implementing the actual ical format, if someone wants to help figure out how to get the data for the meeting dates/times. Currently, they are just in [a text file in svn](https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/calendar.txt).
