🐞 Popup request to Install Command Line Developer Tools appear at every launch
bugWaiting for information
### Description
Every time I open the CodeEdit, I see the popup window telling me: The "git" command requires the command line developer tools. Would you like to install the tools now?
I don't use the "git" commands in my projects, and normally I work with `.py` files locally. So, in CodeEdit > Settings > I turned off the Source Control completely. This removes the message-reminder in the application's control bar. However, at every application launch, I still have a popup window with the proposition to install Command Line Developer Tools.
### To Reproduce
1. Open an application.
2. Close the popup window with request to install Command Line Developer Tools.
3. Open application Settings > Source Control and turn it off completely.
4. Quite and reopen application.
5. See that popup with request to install Command Line Developer Tools appears again.
### Expected Behavior
Make this popup request relay on the application settings, or even add some special setting to display or not display this exact request.
