[MINOR] Missing support for short caption

Thanks for you amazing packages! You are truly a hero of my Emacs config. I just wanted to flag that `#+caption[short caption]: long caption` doesn't get handled automatically. This is truly a minor thing, and I am posting this issue mostly to push myself to help fix it. I'll go read the contributing guidelines =D
