Defunct/broken links on User Groups

Looking for in-person user groups, I tried some nearby links on the User Groups page (https://clojure.org/community/user_groups) but they turned out to be no-longer-functioning. Then I tried pretty much all of North America... Problem: good links on this page are like needles in a haystack Problem: purpose of the page is unclear - I came to it looking for a current-meetup menu, but it also could be taken as a show of historical respects or a menu of mailing lists of historical record Problem: incremental upkeep feels awkward / possibly unfair without a stated standard of liveness. Suggestion: 1. Unceremoniously delete the truly, technically broken links (404, group not found, server not found) 2.
