Make StartTransientUnit available

Hi, first of all thanks for this crate, it's super useful and in my experience definitely good enough to deserve more than a `0.0` release 😄 I'd like to use the `StartTransientUnit` method but I saw it's excluded currently, why is this and can I help to make it available?
