(Android) Heavy lag during picture import with ANR

I discovered something: I wanted to upload some pictures from my Indonesia vacation. The pictures were all HEVC. Around 70. Scrolling in the list of images to import is very choppy. Stopping for multiple seconds. I recorded a screen capture and attached it. Log is also attached. Some pictures also failed to upload without a possibility to retry the upload.
