Move to `go` version 1.26

### Description Hello, this is a homebrew maintainer and I have noticed that this package is not built with go v1.26. The reason is that `gvisor.dev/gvisor` has applied a patch for go v1.26 at 20260112, and this package uses older version. I have tried to make a patch and upstream, but it is now requires go v1.25 at least. Can you take a look? Thanks,
