bug: Mods prevent northstar from running

**Describe the bug** When any other mods beside the core mods are enabled the game wont start no matter what I do. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to Mods and install any mod 2. Click on Launch northstar 3. The game wont run **Expected behavior** The game is supposed to run. **Screenshots**   Then it reverts back to Launch **Version:** 1.30.0 **Additional Info** I have removed some stuff from windows 11 to debloat it, I dont know if its relevant in any way but just in case.
