feat: playtime counter

**What feature would you like added?** I would like Viper to track my Northstar playtime, and display it in the application. **Why should this feature be added?** This feature should be added, because, atleast for me, both steam and origin do not track my playtime when I play with Northstar, and I would like to know my playtime.
