Star Wars - Episode I - Jedi Power Battle (USA) - FMV issue

The image shifts during FMV; a portion of the top part appears at the bottom, and the discrepancy grows larger over time. Tested with the latest and older cores. Similar issue to https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/PSX_MiSTer/issues/235
