Analogue audio regression after e7fb73a

With e7fb73a I've noticed some heavy audio distortion when using analogue audio. HDMI is unaffected. I've used Dave Mirra's BMX to demonstrate but it happens across every game I've tested (Crash Bandicoot, Tekken 3, Apocalypse).
