Bumping Microg and FDroid versions

Hello, First thank you for your hard work on making LineageOS so easy to build. I am bumping the version of FDroid and MicroG APKs to the latest stable versions. - Microg v0.3.12 - FDroid 1.23.2 I successfully built lineage on pointing to my fork so it will work.
