Why does it to change?

- For context: https://github.com/lineageos4microg/android_vendor_partner_gms/pull/74#issuecomment-3792085010
I took my information from this [comment](https://github.com/microg/GsfProxy/issues/22#issuecomment-2475577393), which seems to be a little misinformed as per [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Cloud_Messaging) gcm only shut down in 2019. Not sure where that guy took the info that Stock OSes also do not provide support GCM, I personally havent found that information, but itd be understandable.
Will test myself and see if I come across any issues, but I am probably not the average user, that uses some old app, that might still rely on it.
MicroG themselves also seem to not care that much about it, because the app cant be installed regularly, because the [target sdk](https://github.com/microg/GsfProxy/issues/23) is pretty low, but for now it does not cause any issues I think.
How does it need to change?

- not urgent
