temporarily blocked ip is permanent

### Steps to reproduce 1. Load a video 2. Video doesn't load unless local stream extraction is turned on <img width="1080" height="2400" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/2f05c0ac-36cb-453f-84f8-1f3f7fcaef95" /> ### Expected behavior Video should load as normal ### Actual behavior Previously I never needed to use local stream extraction directly from youtube, apart from the odd times when youtube would temporarily block ip's.
