MSRV breakage due to native-tls

native-tls 0.2.14 bumped its MSRV to 1.80.0, which in turn breaks our CI. We should probably tell cargo to resolve packages for our MSRV in the MSRV check CI or bump our MSRV (which may be wanted for const unwraps that were stabilized in 1.83.0). cc @Erk- @vilgotf and perhaps @paolobarbolini, what are your thoughts?
